The front desk staff showed real care. hanae helped me get settled, she gave me a map with metro stops. the room was clean. I am very particular about cleanliness. montmartre is so lovely, i could wander safely at night.
The pillows were not comfortable. They felt rather cheap. the bed was smaller than expected. complimentary water would be a lovely touch, but it was missing.

The Eiffel Artist Studio had amazing views. The staff arranged a balcony for us along with a note and wine for our anniversary. The restaurant was fabulous with very nice views. I ate the best potatoes there. The rooftop bar served delicious cocktails. The whole place had a lovely atmosphere.
The pillows were uncomfortable. The beds felt a little small.
