Adequate stay with some drawbacks
friendly staff helpful staff nice area unpleasant odor inadequate compensation expensive room
The staff were friendly. They were also very helpful. The location is in a very nice area with walking distance to cafes. Shops and the subway were close.
The room I booked at $500 per night had a very unpleasant odor. They did not offer adequate compensation for this issue. It was allegedly the nicest room there, but the odor significantly affected its value.

helpful staff detailed map clean room uncomfortable pillows small bed missing water
The front desk staff showed real care. hanae helped me get settled, she gave me a map with metro stops. the room was clean. I am very particular about cleanliness. montmartre is so lovely, i could wander safely at night.
The pillows were not comfortable. They felt rather cheap. the bed was smaller than expected. complimentary water would be a lovely touch, but it was missing.

helpful staff amazing english rooftop view
The front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. their english was amazing and they were very knowledgeable about the area. the rooftop bar had a beautiful view. I could see the eiffel tower lit up at night.

the staff helped. our room provided a view of the eiffel tower. the rooftop bar is fantastic (i really liked it).
the pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. the bed was small. complimentary water would have been appreciated.
